They consist of several components that together provide high-performance insulation and comprehensive protection for the building envelope. Insulation boards
Insulation boards are the core of an ETICS and provide the necessary thermal insulation. We offer various types of insulation boards:
Polystyrene
- 1000 x 500 mm
- White expanded polystyrene WLG 035 (20-300 mm)
- Grey expanded polystyrene WLG 032 (20-300 mm)
- Perimeter insulation WLG 035 (10-300 mm)
Stone wool
- Non-combustible insulation – A1
- Mineral wool boards, 800 x 625, 1200 X 400 mm, WLG 035, coated on both sides (20-300 mm)
- Lamella 1200 x 200 mm, WLG 040, coated on both sides (60-300 mm)
Reinforcing mesh
Reinforcing mesh is used to strengthen the reinforcing layer on insulation boards and prevent cracking. It ensures a stable, crack-free surface.
Adhesive and reinforcing mortars
Adhesive and reinforcing mortar is used to fix insulation boards to the wall. It creates a secure, lasting bond between the insulation board and the substrate. It is also used as a reinforcing layer. Anchors and fixing materials
Anchors and fixing materials are needed to secure insulation boards to the wall. They provide extra stability and prevent the boards from slipping.
