Introduction
This privacy policy explains which types of your personal data (also referred to below simply as “data”) we process, for what purposes and to what extent. The privacy policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by us, both in the provision of our services and, in particular, on our websites and within external online presences, such as our social media profiles (collectively referred to below as our “online services”). The terms used are not gender-specific.

Overview of processing
The following overview summarises the types of data processed and the purposes of processing, and identifies the data subjects concerned. It lists only what actually takes place on this website.
Types of data processed
- Basic personal details (for example, your name, if you provide it).
- Content data (the text of your message).
- Contact details (email, telephone number).
- Metadata/communication data (for example, device information, IP addresses).
- Usage data (page accessed, time of access).
Categories of data subjects
- Prospective customers.
- Users (for example, website visitors).
Purposes of processing
- Providing, delivering and securing the website.
- Recording and implementing your consent.
- Displaying Google Maps, exclusively with your consent.
- Contact enquiries and communication.
- Linking to social networks, only when you click a link.
Applicable legal bases
Below, we set out the legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO/GDPR) on which we process personal data. National data protection requirements in Germany also apply, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
- Consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) – The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. In our case, this applies to loading Google Maps.
- Contract and pre-contractual enquiries (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) – Processing is necessary to respond to an enquiry or prepare a contract.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO) – Processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation, such as demonstrating consent or retention under commercial and tax law.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) – Processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests, provided that your interests or fundamental rights do not override them. This applies to the secure operation of the website and responding to general messages.
Security measures
In accordance with legal requirements, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. This includes delivering the website over an encrypted connection and restricting access to incoming enquiries to the people who handle them.
SSL encryption (https)
Our website and contact form transmit data over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Requests to the preview over HTTP are redirected to HTTPS.
Use of cookies
Cookies are small files that a browser stores on your device. We do not use cookies for audience measurement, advertising or creating usage profiles. We do not use tracking technologies.
Which cookies are actually used
The loga-consent cookie stores your choice regarding Google Maps for 180 days. When you submit the enabled contact form, the technically necessary __Host-loga-form cookie is also set. It is used solely to protect against requests originating from other websites, contains no message and expires after 30 minutes. The legal bases for this form protection are Section 25(2), point 2 TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Consent management
We use our own consent dialogue. Borlabs Cookie is not used. Google Maps will not load unless you consent. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the “Map settings” link in the footer. Once consent is withdrawn, the map is blocked again.
Provision of online services and web hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes the connection data required to deliver and secure it, in particular your IP address, the time, the address requested and technical browser information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. This ALL-INKL preview does not use a Cloudflare proxy in front of the hosting server. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.
Fonts
The Manrope and Karla fonts are delivered from our own server. Accessing the website does not establish a connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider. Your IP address is not transmitted to Google to load the fonts.
Symbols and icons
Graphical symbols are delivered from our server together with the website. Font Awesome and the Fonticons, Inc. service are not integrated. Accessing the website therefore does not establish a connection to this provider.
Collection of access data and log files
The access logs and visitor statistics provided through the hosting account are disabled for this website. Independently of this, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and security data to deliver and secure the website. We do not analyse this data for advertising purposes.
Contact form and email
You can use the contact form to send a message to info@loga-baustoffe.de. Your email address and message are required; your name and telephone number are optional. The web server processes your entries to transmit them to our email inbox. It does not create a message archive or a customer database for form enquiries. Messages are sent over an encrypted connection through a separate sending account at IONOS. The email remains in our inbox so that we can deal with your enquiry. We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and there are no contractual or statutory grounds for retaining them. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in other cases. Instead of using the form, you can contact us directly by email or telephone.
Protection against misuse
To protect against automated abuse, we limit the number of form submissions. For this purpose, we briefly process verification keys derived from the IP address, timestamps and technical result codes. Message texts, email addresses and the unmodified IP address are not stored in this form counter storage. This protection does not use an external tracking CAPTCHA.
Google Maps
Google Maps is the only Google service on this website. We do not use Google fonts, analytics, advertising or videos. The map appears on the contact page and remains blocked until you allow external content in the consent dialogue and select “Allow map” there. Before this consent, the map is not loaded and the browser establishes no connection to Google.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Its parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you load the map, Google receives, in particular, your IP address, information about your browser and device, and information that the map on our contact page has been accessed. If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate the access with that account. Google processes this data as an independent controller.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. Consent is voluntary. Without it, the address, telephone number and email on the contact page remain available. You can withdraw consent via “Map settings” in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future.
The Court of Justice of the European Union declared the EU–US Privacy Shield invalid in its judgment of 16 July 2020. We do not rely on the Privacy Shield for transfers to the USA. Where the provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 applies. The standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO also apply.
Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Online marketing
We do not use online marketing on this website. There is no Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, remarketing, conversion measurement or audience measurement for advertising purposes. No user profiles are created for advertising and no corresponding cookies are set.
Social network presences
We maintain a Facebook presence and provide sharing links for Facebook, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp alongside articles. As a precaution, these are provided only as ordinary links. No plugins or scripts from these networks are integrated into our pages. Simply accessing our website does not establish a connection to these providers.
The service opens only when you click the relevant link. From that point, the provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, generally your IP address, date and time, and the address accessed. If you are signed in there, the provider may associate the access with your account. We do not determine what additional data it processes. Processing in the USA is possible with the providers named.
Types of data processed
- Metadata/communication data (for example, IP address, time), only after you click and then by the respective provider.
- Content data only insofar as the sharing link passes on the article's address.
Data subjects
- Users who click a social media link.
Purposes of processing
- Drawing attention to our external presences and providing the option to share an article.
Legal bases
- Clicking is your own action. Our provision of the links is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is to make our external presence accessible without transmitting data to the networks when the page is accessed.

Links via graphics or text
Integration takes place exclusively through a link or a graphic delivered from our server. This prevents a connection to the social network's server being established automatically when a page is accessed. Only clicking takes you to the respective service.
Deletion of data
We delete personal data once its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention requirement prevents this. We delete enquiries after they have been resolved. If an enquiry becomes a business transaction, the commercial and tax law retention periods applicable to that transaction apply. The consent cookie expires after 180 days, or earlier if you delete it. We retain hosting connection data only for as long as the operation and security of the website require.
Changes and updates to the privacy policy
We update this privacy policy whenever data processing on the website or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies. Please check the company addresses provided before making contact, as they may change.
Data subjects' rights
As a data subject, you have in particular the following rights under the DSGVO/GDPR:
- Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO) – You may request confirmation as to whether we process data concerning you, and obtain information about that data and a copy of it.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO) – You may request the correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.

- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO) – You may withdraw consent you have given, currently for loading Google Maps, at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected.
- Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO) – You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
No automated decision-making, including profiling under Art. 22 DSGVO, takes place.
