Fire safety can be practised as early as nursery, provided it is not presented as something frightening. Kreisfeuerwehrverband Rems-Murr uses a colouring and read-aloud book that children and adults can look through together.
Loga Baustoffe supported this initiative as a sponsor in spring 2026. Alongside the books for nurseries, it includes posters with the message “Smoke alarms can save lives”. A simple reminder worth keeping at home.
What children take away
- a book to look at, colour in and read aloud
- clear pictures rather than abstract rules
- a poster that reminds them about smoke alarms
Fire is fascinating. The earlier children learn when it becomes dangerous and whom to call for help, the calmer an emergency will be.
Safety starts on our own doorstep.
Thank you to everyone whose purchases at Loga Baustoffe help support projects like these.
